Study in Canada

The study permit is a legal document IRCC issues that allows foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLI) in Canada. Processing time for a study permit application varies by the region/country you are applying from. Please refer to the Canadian Visa Processing Office’s website in your country for more information on how to apply. While the requirements may vary by demographics, it is suggested to keep the following documents handy before applying:

  • A valid passport (Valid for 6 months or more)
  • A Copy of Letter of Acceptance issued by AIMS College
  • Proof of Financial Support (Copy of fee receipt)
  • Proof of Medical Clearance (By an authorized medical practitioner in your country)
  • A Copy of Letter of Acceptance issued by AIMS College
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency
  • A Statement of Purpose (Recommended)
