Step 1: Choose a program
You could choose a suitable program from a range of faculties of Healthcare, Management and Technology that we offer. Most of our programs are offered on a Rolling basis, which means most of our programs have a start date every month, therefore, allowing you for a greater flexibility while commencing your journey as an international student.
Visa processing times can greatly vary depending on your country of residence. AIMS College Healthcare Management Technology recommends factoring in the local visa office’s processing times before applying for a scheduled intake.

Step 2: Meeting the Admissions Requirements
Once you have selected the program of your choice and are ready to proceed with the application procedure, it is imperative to ensure you meet the admissions requirements. They may include:
Step 3: Pay the Non-Refundable Application fee
Once an admissions advisor assesses your program eligibility in positive, the next step is to remit the $500 CAD Processing fee towards your application process and issuance your Letter of Acceptance. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and will be accounted towards the tuition fee upon successful admission.
Step 4: Letter of Acceptance
Once your payment has been remitted successfully, your Letter of Acceptance would be issued within 48 hours. You would need this document to apply for a study permit.
Step 5: Apply for your Study Permit
AIMS College is authorized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to accept international students. Our Designated Learning Institute (DLI) number is O135631727752.

Once you have received you Letter of Acceptance, you can apply for a Study Permit at your nearest Canadian Consulate locations . You may visit cic.gc.ca for more information.

Step 6: Landing in Canada
Moving into a new country can be a difficult experience. We understand that. From vetting a place to stay, understanding the transit system, banking system to your first time doing your grocery, it can be an arduous experience.
